Discovery Parks – Jindabyne is the Australian Caravan Club (ACC) Park of the Month for December.

Positioned on the banks of the picturesque Lake Jindabyne, Discovery Parks – Jindabyne is an ideal location from which to explore the Snowy Mountains region.

No matter what the season, there is always something to see and do.  You can make the Park a base to explore the nearby trout hatchery, winery and microbrewery, and Kosciuszko National Park.

In the warmer months, it’s only a short drive from the Park right up to Charlotte’s Pass from where you can walk to the top of Mt Kosciuszko.  Alternatively, you can drive to Thredbo and catch the chairlift then walk to Mt Kosciuszko.  For the keen walker, there’s plenty of walks through the region or you can take the lakeside walk from the Park into Jindabyne.

In the winter months, it’s only 30 minutes to the alpine country ski slopes.

Discovery Parks – Jindabyne boasts some great facilities including an activity room, barbeque, boat ramp, camp kitchen, dump point, family bathroom, hire equipment, kiosk/store, laundry, playground and there’s also a spa/sauna.

The Park has a range of accommodation available including deluxe villas, cabins, powered paved sites and powered slab sites for RVs, and powered and unpowered tent sites.

ACC members who have taken advantage of the free Discovery Parks membership card offer and hold a current Discovery Park membership card receive a 10% discount up to a maximum of $50 per stay.
