A recall notice has been issued by Nissan Motor Co (Australia) Pty Ltd on Nissan D23 Navara and R52 Pathfinder Series 1 Models fitted with a genuine Nissan accessory nudge bar.  The notice states that ‘due to insufficient bolt torque, the nudge bar roll  hoop fixing bolts may come loose causing the roll hoop to rattle and in rare instances, may detach from the vehicle’.  This may cause a hazard.  ‘If the bolted connections become detached or the components fail, the nudge bar may detach from the vehicle, posing an accident risk to the vehicle occupants and other road users.’  For further information, go to https://www.productsafety.gov.au/recall/nissan-motor-co-australia-pty-ltd-nissan-d23-navara-r52-pathfinder-series-1-models
